Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to confirm your order, prepare your item(s), and carefully package everything. This does not include shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS), and shipping times will apply. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are NOT responsible for orders shipping to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you experience any issues after tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left” you must contact USPS directly. You must notify us within 24 hours after your package is marked as delivered. To protect your packages from theft or loss, we suggest to purchase USPS Priority Mail Shipping which includes insurance protection (for up to $50-$100). Please note that USPS First-Class Mail Package Shipping does not include insurance protection for missing/stolen packages. Please keep this in mind when purchasing mail service.
